We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets for our IT solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for IT solutions, including software development, IT networks & security, and ERP integrations (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Lead and mentor a team of IT sales representatives, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team goals
- Build and manage strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT solutions
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring optimal contract terms and revenue generation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT solutions landscape and their applications across various industries
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support in sales initiatives
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of software development, IT networks & security, and ERP integrations (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Data-driven approach to sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and forecasting
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
