Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the operations of our multiple specialized teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with team leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. This role requires a proactive individual who can optimize workflows, manage resources efficiently, and drive continuous improvement across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Coordination and Management:
    • Collaborate with team leaders of the custom development, design, ERP ODOO, and training teams to monitor and manage day-to-day operations.
    • Ensure clear communication and alignment between teams and company objectives.
    • Address any inter-team dependencies or conflicts promptly.
  2. Project Oversight:
    • Track and report on the progress of projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines and budgets.
    • Facilitate regular project status meetings and reviews with team leaders.
    • Implement project management tools and best practices.
  3. Resource Optimization:
    • Assess and allocate resources effectively across all teams.
    • Identify and mitigate potential resource bottlenecks.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of team members’ skills and expertise.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Analyze existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Implement standardized procedures and practices to enhance efficiency.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the teams.
  5. Performance Management:
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each team.
    • Provide regular feedback and support to team leaders to help them achieve their goals.
    • Conduct performance reviews and help in the professional development of team members.
  6. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between teams and senior management.
    • Prepare and present detailed progress reports to executive leadership.
    • Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project statuses, risks, and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or project management within the IT or software development industry.
    • Proven experience in managing cross-functional and Agile teams.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and IT services.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Clickup).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Leadership skills with a problem-solving attitude.
