**Role Description**

eSaboura is seeking a *talented Online Tutor and Course Content Creator* to join our team. This is a **hybrid** contract role located in Setif with some flexibility to work from home. As a tutor and Course Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing high-quality educational content that engages and enriches our learners. Your primary goal is to create courses that meet the following criteria:

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop comprehensive online courses that are a minimum of 2 hours in duration.
* Ensure excellent sound and video quality to enhance the learning experience.
* Craft content that is informative, engaging, and relevant to the course topic.
* Utilize your experience in recording and editing courses to create polished, professional content.
* Collaborate with our team to align content with the platform's goals and standards.
* Keep abreast of the latest e-learning trends and technologies to incorporate best practices.

The successful candidate will create course content that is engaging and informative. They will deliver online tutoring sessions that are interactive and designed to help learners achieve their goals. The Online Tutor and Course Content Creator will also work to continuously improve the learning experience for our students.

**Qualifications**

* Experience creating and delivering engaging course content for remote learners
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to develop and conduct assessments to measure learners' progress
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
* Knowledge of learning management systems and educational technology tools
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Fluency Arabic is required, English and French is a plus

**Payment Structure:**

* We offer a negotiable monthly compensation for your course creation work.
* You will also receive a percentage of the course's revenue for each sale, incentivizing the success of your courses.
